Farm Manager

St. Michaels Oyster Farm is looking for someone interested in getting deep into the operations of the farm to look for efficiencies and implement new methods of farming as the company grows.

Summer Internships

Summer is a busy time at the farm. Internships available for those interested in cleaning baby oysters and harvesting large oysters for market and helping with oyster tours. At this time many of these jobs are highly physical. If there is a local farmers market you would like to sell our oysters at, we can work with you to open up new markets. This would require a large vehicle and ability to set up and break down market stands. If you are a guru at marketing and sales, we need help there too.
